"My quantum paintings are for me creations that already exist in this universe but where I as a painter have to take up a brush, a canvas and some paint to create this in such a form that humanity can see it and even touch it."

    Hello dear Marc Noël,

Firstly I also would like to thank you for giving me the pleasure and honor to present your art in Matera during the exhibition (IM)POSSIBLE ELEMENTS. I was extremely happy to know that you realized the work that represented the 4 elements of nature and I know how you have invested a lot in Italy through different exhibitions in different regions. All this does you credit, because it’s true when you said that each region has a different look on art, depending on each regional culture. I agree with you.

I feel honored to reply to your questions.

I’m telling you, for me creating a new exhibition is always a new beginning, combined with a whirlwind of emotions and sensations. There is always hard work, because I start by creating a theme and consequently the title of the exhibition, which becomes the fulcrum from which to select each individual artist.

Every artist for me becomes a precious treasure, a new discovery from which to learn so much and understand how art has so many incredible facets, always new and wonderful.

Your works immediately fascinated me for the bright colors, I felt a strong positive energy and the desire to show the people of Matera and its visitors your artistic work.

Before the exhibition I like to organize the setting and choose where to place each work. It’s a work that I always like to do.

My greatest return was to feel and see (for the artists who attended the opening of the exhibition) the satisfaction of feeling satisfied and delighted to be part of the exhibition. Each work of art presented is part of each artist, it represents the history, the experiences, emotions, culture, creativity and professionalism of each artist selected. Each of you are unique and inimitable to me, you artists are a precious treasure and from each of you I can grasp a part that enriches me first as a person and then as a curator. For me being a curator means caring for the artist and accompanying him/her on a path that can be that of an exhibition or other projects that I would like to create.

I also would like to tell you that when I opened your box and saw your painting I was filled with a strong positive feeling. In fact, I laid the painting and observed it in every part, as I always do with all the works of the selected artists.

I felt the strength of the colors imprinted in my mind and I was able to imagine your brushstrokes, the passion and the impetus to create the work. A wonderful emotion! Thank you!

Many visitors and even the artists present stopped a lot to observe your painting, fascinated by colors and I believe by the same positive energy that I felt from the beginning.

Although the RenovArt project was conceived and curated by me, it will remain part of my work at ApuliaAste. Therefore, from next week onwards I will start new projects and exhibitions as an independent curator.

I hope to continue to collaborate with you for future exhibitions and projects as an independent curator.

I will definitely keep following you on social media to see your updates. For me it was really an honor to have met you and to have presented your art in the city of Matera.

    Best regards,
